conversion of a two-rooms into a four bedrooms apartment This Berlin flat had originaly one bedroom, an oversized bathroom, a big separated dining room, as well as an endless, dark corridor. To free up space for a five headed family, most of the plaster walls got removed and replaced, and the bathroom has been reduced to a functional size. The position and size of the seven windows gave a strict pattern to the new layout of the new floor plan, which brought the rooms to be at times asymmetrical and  of a rather unusual size.
